Om Ensemble is a percussion ensemble that delves into the exploration of percussive textures, colours, and timbre. It was founded in 2022 to present and promote new music to different audiences, moving away from traditional idioms and taking pieces outside the conventional concert setting.

The ensemble will present a concert that comprises two halves of repertoire, the first being a pair of John Cage works, Living Room Music and Third Construction, which are rhythmical and driven. The second half features the premiere of the new work "Hail" by Charlotte Glyn-Woods, designed to challenge the audience through a journey of soundscapes for prepared vibraphone and bass drum. The evening will conclude with several of Elliot Cole's vibraphone Postludes.
